Guided Meditation can be joined with yoga or pranayama breathing techniques.


During this time of Covid19  Lotus Yoga Wellbeing has made the following changes:


Group classes are being held online using the platform Zoom. All group classes remain on at the same scheduled times - see timetable.

Private 1-2-1 sessions are also on Zoom. 

Book & pay online - within the confirmation email is the Zoom link for you to join the session. You will be held in a waiting room until class is due to start. Please ensure your Zoom name matching that on the booking so I know who you are! 

PAYG, Packages and Monthly all unlimited class pass available.
